Breakfast: Milo cerial - sugar, iron and dairy.

Recess: chips - milk and wheat.

Lunch: ham sandwich and apple juice - wheat, supar, fruit and meat.

Dinner: salad contian cucumber, tomateos, lattuce and cheezes - dairy and vegetable.


Drink: water and milk - dairy and liqicd.

Breakfast: hot chocolate and toast - sugar, iron, dairy and hot liquid.

Recess: chips - wheat and dairy

Lunch: cheese sandwich and banana - wheat, sugar, salt and fruit.

Dinner: hotdog sandwich - meat and iron.

Drink: milk, water and juice - dairy, liquid and fruit.
