Prishika

breakfast:
cheese and crackers milo - wheatand grains, dairy.

recess:
choclate Yoghurt, finger bun, orange juice, pear - sugar, friut wheat, dariy

lunch:
vegemite sandwitch - wheat and grains, oils, salt.

snack:
milk, watermelon - dairy, friut

dinner:
stir fri_ carrott, snow peas, capsicum, cabbage, unsalted butter,mushroom, soy sause, mock chicken, vegetarian soy seasoning, salt, ginger, onions - fruits and veges, oils salt sugar, tofu.

milo, Vegemite and crackers - sugar, salt dairy.

recess:

apple juice, sponge cake, muesli bar, banana cheese and biscuit - sugar, fats, grains, dairy

lunch:

wrap ~ lettuce cream cheese, ham - meat, vegetables, dairy, fats

snack:
leftover chicken - meat, oils

dinner:
stir Fri ~ snow peas, carrot, capsicum, mushrooms,ginger, soy sause, mock chicken ~ salt,veges, tofu(soy bean)
