Monday 15th of October

Breakfast: Rice Bubbles heated up with Milo toping. Rice Bubbles = grains, Milk = Dairy, Milo= Sugars

Recess: Tuna Sandwich, LCM Bar, Pkt Of Smiths Potato Chips.
Tuna Sandwich= Meats, Grains.
LCM Bar= Sugar, Grains

Lunch: Chicken Rice Sticks.
Chicken Rice Sticks = Meats, Grains.
Fluids/Liquids:2L of Water

Afternoon Snack: Milo Milkshake
Milo = Sugars, Milk = Dairy

Dinner: Lasanga,Carrots And Beans, Chicken, Pasta & Sprite
Lasanga =Grains, Meats, Carrots And Beans = Vegetables, Chicken = Meats, Pasta =Grains & Sprite = Sugars.

Dessert = Low Fat Chocolate Ice-Cream (YUM)

Wednesday 17th of October

Lunch= Continental Chicken Vegetable Noodles.
Noodles=(i actually don't know)
Vegetables=Vegetables

Snack= 1 Banana
Banana = Fruit


Afternoon Tea= Chocolate Muffin with Milk
Chocolate Muffin= Chocolate
Milk = Dairy


Dinner=Chicken Soup. (Noodles,carrots,chicken)
Noodles=(don't know)
Carrots = Vegetables
CHicken = Meats

1.5L of Water



Thursday 18th of October

Breakfast= Rice Bubbles heated up with Milo topping.
Rice Bubbles=grains
Milo=Sugars

Recess= 1 pkt of Sniggles (biscuits), 1 ham/cheese sandwich, 1 kt of Twisties (cheese twisted chips)
Sniggles & Twisties= Bad Foods
1 ham and cheese sandwich = bread,ham,cheese
bread=grains
cheese = dairy
ham= meats


Lunch
1 ham/cheese sandwich,1 apple, 1 fruit stick, 1 Nutri-Grain Bar.
1 ham/cheese sandwich = bread,cheese,ham
bread = grains
cheese= dairy
ham= meats
apple = fruits
fruit stick = fruit
Nutri=Grain bar = grains, sugar.





Afternoon Tea
Rice Bubbles cold with Milo topping.

Dinner= BBQ
Meat, Chips, Salad (greek cheese (i think), tomato, lettuce, vinegar,cucumber)
Meat= Meat
Chips= Vegetables (potato)
Salad:
Greek Cheese= Dairy
Tomato = Vegetables
Lettuce= Vegetables
Vinegar= Oils
Cucumber = Vegetables

Dessert= Milk wiht Biscuits
Milk = Dairy
Biscuits = Grains.
