Breakfast:
1 slice of toast with vegimite - grains, and unsure.

Recess:
1 slice of cake, pear, cheese on biskits - grains, sugar, dairy, fruit.

Lunch:
1 sandwich with brown bread, ham, cheese - grains, meat, dairy.

Fluids:
One average sized glass of apple juice, half a bottle of water.

1 scoop of low-fat ice cream - sugar, dairy.

Fluid:
One average size glass of milk.

3 small pieces of grilled salmon, and a small serve of lettuce and peas - vegetable, meat

small ball of baked beans - vegetables.

Fluid - one average sized glass of orange juice - fruit
One glass of homemade honey lemon drink (lemon juice mixed with honey and orange juice)- fruit, honey (unsure)

3 slices of pear - fruit
1 packet of uglies - sugar, grains

Lunch:
salad containing: pasta, potatoe, egg, lettuce - grains, vegitable egg (unsure)

Dinner:
1 small chicken filo - grain, meat
salad containing: pasta, potatoe, lettuce, egg - grains, vegitable, egg (unsure)

Fluids:
1 drink average sized drink bottle of water, 2 average sized glasses of milk, one average sized glass of apple juice, one average sized glass of water.

1 ham and cheese sandwich on brown bread - meat, dairy, grain

Dinner:
2 small meat patties, 1 medium serve of brocoli and carrots - meat, vegitable.

Fluids - 3 average sized cups of water, 1 average sized cup of apple juice, 2 average sized cups of milk.

5 carrot sticks - vegitable
1 packet of uglies - sugar, grain

Dinner:
1 small bowl of pasta with tomato sause that contained carrots and onion - grain, fruit, vegitable.

Fluids:
1 large drink bottle of water, 2 average sized cups of apple juice, 1 small sized cup of milk.
