lunch: sun dried apricots, ham sandwich, SPC dried peach fruit - fruit, meat, wheat

dinner: sheperds pie containing
mince, capcicum, tomato, potato plus a salad containing cucumber, capcicum, lettus, tomato

disert: low fat vinilla ice-cream

fluids: 600ml of water

Recess: Babybel cheese, dried apricots, carrot, small piece caramel slice - dairy, fruit, vegies, sugar

Lunch: fruit cup (peach), ham sandwich, dippits, packet chicken chips - fruit, meat, wheat, dairy, oil

Dinner: beef stroganoff (contains beef, mushrooms, onion, sour cream), pasta, broccoli - meat, dairy, vegies, pasta

Desert: low fat vanilla ice cream - dairy

Fluids: 550ml water

dinner: BBQ containing sausage and a salad containing capcicum, carrot, cucumber plus some bead - meat, vegetables, wheat

desert: low fat ice-cream - dairy

fluids: 700ml of water, 200ml of apple and blakcurrent juice - fruit
