4 weet-bix with sprinkling of sugar - Grain, Sugar.
Recess:
1 banana, 1 small lamington and 1 slice of lemon slice - Fruit, grain, sugar.
Lunch:
Brown bread sandwich with ham, cheese and avacado - Grain, meat, dairy and fruit.
Liquid:
2 glasses of water and 1 glass of orange juice - fruit and unknown.

Afternoon Tea:
2 Choc-chip cookies and an orange - wheat, fruit and sugar?
Dinner:
Chiken Casserole. Ingrediants Chiken, Corn, Potato, Brocoli, Carrot, Bok Choy, 1 pk Chiken Noodle Soup and 1 tin Cream of Chiken Soup - Vegtables, Poultry and unknown.
Liquid:
2 glasses of milk and 1 glass of water.
Tuesday 16th October 2007
Breakfast:
4 weet-bix with sprinkling of sugar - Grain, sugar.
Recess:
1 banana, cheese, Ritz, cabanossi and a slice of lemon slice - Dairy, fruit, grain and meat or poultry?
Lunch:
Cheese and bacon scroll - Grain, dairy and meat.
Afternoon Tea:
Half an Orange, half a kiwi, grapes, a biscuit and a bowl of yogurt - Fruit, sugar and unknown.
Dinner:
Steak, Corn, Beans, Potato, Brocoli, Carrot, Snow Peas and Mushroom and Cream Sauce - Vegtables and meat.
Liquids:
1 glass of orange juice, 3 glasses of water, 1 glass of cordial and 1 glass of milk.

Banana Split. Ingrdients: Banana, Ice cream, caramel topping and nuts - fruit, sugar, nuts and unknown.
Liquid:
1 glass of water, 1 glass of cordial and 1 milo.

Cornflafes with sugar - sugar, grain and unknown.
Recess:
Kiwi Fruit and choc slice - sugar fruit.
Lunch:
Brown Bread, cheese and ham - grain, dairy, meat.
Afternoon Tea:
Cornchips and spring onion dip - Unknown.
Liquid:
1 glass Breaky juice, 2 glasses of water and a cordial.

Cornflakes and sugar - grain and sugar.
Recess:
Banana and slice with choc sprinkles - fruit, sugar and grain.
Lunch:
White bread with ham and cheese - dairy, meat and grain.
Afternoon Tea:
Blueberrys, apple and a dougnut - sugar, grain and fruit.
Dinner:
Chicken Snitzel, potato chips, brocoli, carrot and cauliflower - Vegtables and poultry.
Liquid:
1 glass of breaky juice, 2 glasses of water, 1 glass of water and 1 glass of water.
My last comment is supposed to be Friday. Though the dinner was Thursday. I was a little tired sorry.

Pieces of Orange, apple and banana and 2 biscuits - sugar, fruit.

1 1/2 Cruncy Peanut Butter Sandwiches - grain, nuts and unknown.
Afternoon Tea:
An Orange and fairy cake - fruit, sugar and grain.
Dinner:
Fish, Carrot, Peas, Potato, Corn, Tomato, Lettuce, Avacado, Celery and Cucumber - Meat, Vegtables and Fruit.
Desert:
Blackberry Pudding and icecream - dairy and sugar.
Liquid: 1 glass of orange juice, 3 glasses of water, 1 glass of cordial and one glass of milk.

Morning Tea:
An orange and cornchips - fruit and sugar.

Multi grain bread with crunchy peanutbutter - nuts and grain.
Dinner:
2 sausages, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, a bread roll, carrot, a rissole, potato salad, celery and brocoli - vegtables, fruit, grain and meat.
Desert:
Chocolate mudcake - fats and oil and sugar.
Liquid:
3 glasses water and 2 glasses lemonade.
